We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently, and providing administrative support to staff. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The Office Manager will also be responsible for maintaining office supplies, organizing meetings and events, and providing general customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Organize and maintain filing systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all office policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
