Kingswood Group are excited to be recruiting for an EA/Office Manager for a growing Real Estate business based in the West End of London.
Supporting senior Directors and the wider office team, this role is required due to growth and this is an exciting time to join the business as they are broadening their European operations.
This role will be working 5 days in the office - hours either 8.30am-5.30am or 9am - 6pm.
Duties will include;
- Oversight of the operation of office spaces including supplier contract negotiation, implementation, and liaison with third parties
- Implementing and maintaining company health and safety
- Supporting with HR activities including recruitment and new starter onboarding
- Developing and maintaining the Sharepoint site and internal documentation
- Supporting the business in preparation for events
- Marketing and branding across all platforms including website, press releases and social media
- General office support including visitor management, scheduling meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Diary management including organising and maintaining complex diaries
- Travel arrangements
