Job description

HBD is one of the most active developers in the UK, with a commercial development pipeline in excess of £1.25 billion. We now have an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our team in Leeds on a fixed-term basis.

This is a part-time position; the successful candidate would be required to work 25 hours per week.

HBD is part of the Henry Boot Group of Companies and operates nationally from six regional offices. Whilst our projects are diverse, they each reflect our ethos of creating places with purpose. The Role

The Office Manager is responsible for managing the smooth and efficient running of the office whilst providing support to the Director and other regional colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries;
  • Organise and manage team diaries, including the arrangement of travel and accommodation;
  • Plan corporate entertaining events;
  • Research and arrange regional CSR activities;
  • Process expense claims;
  • Process and circulate documentation;
  • Distribute and process incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Maintain records and manage databases & systems
  • Overall responsibility for day-to-day office management;
