HDM Services (London) Ltd are looking for a self motivated administration manager to join our supportive and friendly team. We are a fast paced commercial, mechanical and reactive maintenance company, meaning no two days are the same.
The right applicant must have great attention to detail, excellent ability to work to deadlines and a professional telephone manner.
The job role is for a experienced office manager and administrative professional, covering various sections of HDM including day to day running of administration tasks.
Some of the tasks associated with the role include:
- Taking both client and supplier calls and directing them to the correct department.
- Better buying
- Everyday filing and archiving
- Diary management
- Database maintenance and systems administration
- Assisting senior management with commercial trackers
- Completing general administration tasks
- Generating quotes
- Documentation creation, including Microsoft programs
- Marketing
- Running financial reports
- Completing accounting inputs on Xero
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £15.00 per hour

Experience:
