POSITION OVERVIEW
A day in the life:
- Managing and maintaining the schedule of the CEO, including scheduling conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments
- Support the Marketing team by ensuring that presentations, collaterals and other items are all in line with corporate graphic standards
- Assemble and ensure graphic standards are met on corporate branded reports
- Including internal reports such as the annual business plan, monthly cashflow, and quarterly reporting schedules, as well as external partner proposals and presentations
- Provide administrative support including expense claims, payables, etc. and others as needed
- Make updates to the corporate website
- Organize team building events
- Create and update legal entity organizational charts
- Assist with managing legal documentation and coordinating the execution of legal documents with partners and shareholders

SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Accounting, QuickBooks (BAA)
- Skilled knowledge of Excel, Adobe, InDesign, and PowerPoint and you are quick to learn and pick up new applications
- Able to effectively receive and communicate feedback
- Effectively create business documents, presentations, and business plans using Adobe and InDesign where information comes from a variety of sources
