Person:The successful candidate will have experience of Microsoft Office, Outlook and QuickBooks in addition to having aproactive approach to their role. Strong administrative and organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative is essential.
Responsibilities
Provide Administrative support to the Managing Director.
Manage the day-to-day office routines, including book-keeping, BAC’s Payments and ordering supplies.
Main contact for office, via telephone and in person.
