Salary: Minimum £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading developer as an Office Manager on a permanent basis. In this role as Office Manager, the successful applicant will be delivering amazing service and ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s different offices, receptions and floors.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent experience for both colleagues and guests in London office
- Proactively anticipate and address office needs, including health and safety
- Own event planning from start to finish
- With precision, reliability, and promptness, perform an array of administrative work (including scheduling, answering emails and calls, planning & setting up events, preparing expense reports and arranging travel)
- Constantly improve administrative and operational efficiency
- Track and ensure adherence to office budget
- Handle all office-wide ordering: supplies, food, catering, etc.
Office Manager Essentials:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
