Office Manager
Full-time position, Start time ideally 7/8am.
Requirements:
University Degree is essential.
Minimum of Basic Excel, a high level of numeracy and strong English communication skills are essential.
Highly motivated Person required for a small-sized well established international marine trading house, based in central Kingston upon Thames, Greater London and specialising in the supply of Marine Engineering Parts to the International Shipping & Repairs Industry.
We are looking for an energetic and flexible person who will not be afraid of taking on new responsibilities.
Sales/Purchase/Logistic experience would also be advantageous.
The principal duties will include as well as ad hoc duties:
· Ensuring the office runs smoothly and monitoring the e-mails.
· Liaising with international suppliers and customers.
· Managing the sales process from enquiries through to invoicing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
