Job description

JOB PURPOSE

Oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office, organising people, information, and other resources.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Ensure office equipment is maintained to the appropriate quality and quantity, relevant records are up to date and all administrative processes work effectively.

 Manage online and paper filing systems.

 Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management.  Record office expenditure and manage the budget.

 Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.  Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs.

 Organise meetings for Regional Vice President and takes minutes meeting.

 Help in onboarding the new hires or international assignees.

 Help in update any company’s policies and ensure they're observed.

 Check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and review and update policies.

 Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices.

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS:  Have a high school diploma in any related field;  Possess Microsoft Office certificate level 2.

REQUIRED SKILLS  Proficient with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office & Google Docs.  Able to monitor office supplies inventory, review and get approval for orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year
