JOB PURPOSE
Oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office, organising people, information, and other resources.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure office equipment is maintained to the appropriate quality and quantity, relevant records are up to date and all administrative processes work effectively.
Manage online and paper filing systems.
Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management. Record office expenditure and manage the budget.
Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment. Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs.
Organise meetings for Regional Vice President and takes minutes meeting.
Help in onboarding the new hires or international assignees.
Help in update any company’s policies and ensure they're observed.
Check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and review and update policies.
Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices.

QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS: Have a high school diploma in any related field; Possess Microsoft Office certificate level 2.
REQUIRED SKILLS Proficient with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office & Google Docs. Able to monitor office supplies inventory, review and get approval for orders.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £45,000.00 per year
