Permanent / Full Time / Hybrid working
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

St Andrew’s Healthcare is a charity providing specialist mental healthcare services. We work in partnership with a number of NHS, voluntary, educational and research organisations to deliver a range of specialist inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education and research that helps to improve the lives of people with complex mental health needs.
The Office Manager role will play a key part in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our academic department.
The key responsibilities are to:
- Leading and managing the administrative team with responsibility for the smooth running of the Academic Centre
- Facilitate and help plan training and personal development sessions.
- Liaise and support internal and external presenters.
- Taking bookings and payments for delegates attending conferences / courses.
- Providing administration support to Director of department.
- Liaising and building relationships with universities.
- Liaising with students and being the first point of call for students using our services.
- Support the Associate Medical Director with budget and financial support for the department.
- Support funding applications and analysis of study budgets.
- Support and help develop other assistants in the team.
