With pleasure we would like to announce a NEW and EXCITING role available within our Administration department: OFFICE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Key duties:
To manage refurbishment, renovations, and assistance with office moves/relocations.
Creation of the test reports, incident reports, and security related documents according to Testronic internal standards.
Support function to business operations for the complete facility.
Schedule, coordinate and supervise office arrangements and adaptation works.
Facility Management.
Vendor Management.
Purchase & Procurement.
To manage order lifecycle.
Company Event management.
Manage accommodation and utilities for offsite/embedded staff.
Contingency for Receptionist when required.
To validate Timesheets for staff.
Couriers’ management/coordination.
Contingency for Receptionist when required
Cooperation with other sites and business lines.

What do we want in exchange?

Fluent English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
