Responsibilities:
- Reception; answering calls and greeting visitors
- Payroll administration
- General office administration
- Ordering stationery
- Franking
- Taking the post to the post office
- Keeping the office tidy, including meeting rooms
- Booking meeting rooms
- Assist in other areas of the business as and when required.
The Ideal candidate will:

- have an excellent telephone manner
- be friendly with a polite a bubbly personality
