Are you looking to gain some office experience?
A Law Firm that are based close to Moorgate/Barbican are looking for an Office Assistant to join them.
Duties:
- Administration and events support, creating name badges, attendees lists etc
- Document copying, printing & scanning
- Assisting with creating court bundles/other legal documents
- Archiving documents
- Processing post – collecting, scanning and distributing
- Booking out meeting rooms and ensuring they are cleared and presentable at all times
- Ordering in supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Covering reception duties when required
To be successful in this role you must have a ‘can-do’ team attitude, the ability to communicate at all levels and basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
This is a fully office-based role working Monday – Thursday 10am – 6pm, Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm.
