Office/ General Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity available at Jump Warriors, we are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and hardworking individual to join our friendly team, managing the day to day running of our Trampoline Park and Activity Centre.
Responsibilities include;
Direct supervision of all employees e.g. rotas, wages, training, appraisals Delivery of a customer focused experience for all our guests Dealing with enquiries and handling complaints To be responsible for the health and safety of the site and provide a safe and effective working environment Help with running our social media platforms Dealing with payments online and over the phone Handling petty cash and dealing with invoices Planning themed nights, events and more
Knowledge and experience
2 years management experience within the leisure/hospitality industry
Required to work weekends and bank holidays
Previous experience in Roller Software and Canva would be an advantage
Skills, abilities and qualities
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Have a can do approach
A team player with leadership skills
Creative and pro active
