We are Colourpoint; founded 50 years ago to provide design, presentation, packaging and print solutions to a gorgeous and loyal client base. Employing around 45 people and with low staff turnover, the culture has a strong family feel where everybody integrates to solve client requests with beautifully designed solutions.

You'll be responsible for all office and facilities administration - including managing contracts and relationships with suppliers, ordering office supplies, maintaining H&S documentation, co-ordinating office maintenance, making travel arrangements and booking meetings, and supporting the finance team with data entry.

We're looking for someone with:

  • meticulous attention to detail
  • great administration and co-ordination skills
  • the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work on your own initiative
  • high level of proficiency using MS 365 applications
  • good relationship building and communication skills to work with everyone across our business, plus our suppliers and customers

Experience in a similar role would be a definite advantage, but if you're keen to learn then we can train you in the specialist skills required.

Salary is flexible depending on the skills you can bring to the role. There’s free car parking and it is an easy walk into the centre of Bourne End.

Job role: Office / Facilities Administrator

Salary: £25-28k, pro rata (roughly £16-19k for 25 hours per week)
Location: Bourne End, Buckinghamshire (near High Wycombe, Maidenhead and Marlow)
