Wise May are looking for a Office Coordinator to support every part of this London business from meeting and greeting office visitors to implementing health and safety policies and assisting office move / refurb projects.
The right candidate must be open to ad hoc duties that fall within the Office Manager position.
Duties include:
- Health and Safety Officer for the London team
- Office Fire Marshall
- First Aider
- Meet and greet office visitors
- Stationery orders
- Smooth running of the office – from house maintenance to keeping fridges fully stocked
- Assist with business events and drinks on the company terrace
- Onboarding assistance
- Ad hoc OM / Office Assistant duties
Skills required:
- Flexible candidate with a 'can-do' attitude
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Microsoft packages
- Understanding of Health and Safety / Facilities
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Hours: 08:30 – 17:30
