We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. You will have the shared responsibility for the smooth running of the office and related administration support tasks. Our ideal candidate has a professional & can-do attitude and is highly organised. You will be a strong team player, with a positive, proactive approach to work, with excellent customer service skills as well as previous experience in a similar role. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach is a key aspect of the role.

Key Responsibilities of Office Coordinator:
· Acting as front of house you will be the face of Ayesha foods to clients in person and on the phone; greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
· Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
· Ensuring the reception area is maintained to a professional standard and preparing meeting rooms
· Invoicing and Purchasing
· Ad hoc administration duties including typing letters and emails, data entry and Sorting and Distributing mail
· Monitoring and maintaining office consumables
· Supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager with design and print
· Supports the Operations Manager and Office/Sales Administrator on tasks deemed appropriate to the role
· Providing customer support
· Diary management
· Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
· Any other duties commensurate with the grade and nature of the post
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills of Office Coordinator:
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written
· Professional approach and & 'can-do' attitude
· Strong customer service ethic
· Use of MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
· Previous Experience: 3 years + in a similar role
· Maths and English GCSE at C or above
· Gujarati/Urdu speaking desirable
· Minimum 3 years driving experience

Salary: £22,000.00 per year
