Job description
Main Duties:
- Ensuring cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards. Duties will include: mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming & emptying bins.
- You will be responsible for the cleaning of toilets, organiser offices, ticket booths & cloakrooms.
- Ensure all faulty equipment is reported to the supervisor.
- Communicate any health and safety concerns or issues with your line managers.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that cleaning equipment is maintained and fit for purpose before and after each exhibition/event.
- Ensure cleaning equipment you have been using is cleaned correctly, maintained and used efficiently and stored correctly ready for the next time of use.
To be successful, you will need:
- Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential as training will be given
- Positive can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Assertiveness
