Worldgate Agency is currently on the hunt for a office assistant to help them with their increased work base.

The office assistant role is a varied one, suited for a highly adaptable person, with high attention to detail skills. You will be joining our young dynamic admin team and will report directly to the managing director as well as other line managers.

The Main Duties Of The Role Include

• performing general administrative duties,
• providing support to the rest of the admin team,
• answering the phones, dealing with emails and post,
• providing support to the sales team,
• ordering and purchasing materials and office supplies,
• and making travel arrangements.

You will also liaise directly with the clients, suppliers, and sub-contractors, so great communication skills are highly desirable.
