Window Projects (South East) are a Commercial Installation Company working on projects that include New Build, Schools, Social Housing and Major Refurbishment. Due to our continued growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant to work alongside our Office Manager to undertake general administration duties which will include contacting customers to arrange appointments for survey, installation and service calls, completing all relevant paperwork and updating the system as required.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with Customers and answering any queries
- Managing appointments and installation plans
- Co-ordinating Installers, Customers & Clients
- Scanning and Filing Documents
- Other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Working Hours – 8.30am – 5pm
- Job Type – Full-time, Permanent
- Holiday – 28 Days including Bank Holidays
Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
