Office Services Assistant

Title: Office Services Assistant

Salary: £26,000

Location: Exchange House, Primrose St, London (EC2A 2EG)

Contract: Fulltime – 37.5 hours per week

Main shift: 09:00 - 17:00

The Job:

  • Ensure all deadlines are met and renegotiate those that are unachievable in a proactive fashion by liaising directly with the client.
  • To deal with any issues raised by escalating these to your line manager as and when required.
  • To ensure that all logs, forms and work-related administration are completed in an appropriate manner.
  • To ensure that any training needs are requested in writing to your line manager.
  • Adhere to all site procedures as are recorded within the operations manual.
  • To ensure you arrive in good time ready to start work on your given shift.

Stationery Administration

  • Dealing with customer requests (Email, phone, in person & overseas)
  • Checking stock levels of paper, reprographics supplies, stationery cupboards & general supplies
  • Ordering stock, ad-hoc requests, printed matter, reprographics supplies, etc.
  • Delivering Ad-hoc requests
  • Filling stationery cupboards
  • Stock Reconciliation
  • Delivering files and dividers
  • General Administrative duties
  • Ensure the store areas are kept tidy and free of rubbish

Post room

  • Processing inbound/outbound mail/packages
  • Checking the in/out trays
  • Collecting/delivering twice delay runs to HQ

Reprographics

  • Complete all requests accurately and within deadline
  • Quality checking all documents printed before completing any requests
  • Data entry for all requests including booking in requests and entering consumables
  • Liaising with clients to ensure instructions are clear and deadlines are negotiated if required
  • Have high level understanding of confidentiality and compliance in work

The Experience:

We are looking for someone with excellent Customer Service skills and a willingness to learn.

The Package:
