Job description
An experienced office assistant to support the Managing Director, sales Director, operations manager and wider management team with administrative tasks such as processing expenses, invoices and coordinating diary management.
The role is a key member of the team, you will be actively involved in all aspects of the day to day office duties. Excellent development opportunities within a family company located in Hereford.
An ability to manage multiple projects, as well as having exceptional administration, secretarial and communication skills is essential. The right person should be positive and enthusiastic, have a confident and professional person, and be able to act on their own initiative with the capacity to work independently.
- Setting appointments/arranging meetings
- Stock ordering
- Gather operation statistics
- Letter writing
- Assist with audit preparation
- Admin duties to include, filing, processing incoming mail, minute taking

Essential skills and experience include:
- High level of literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent MS Office skills especially MS Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and can handle a fast paced environment where no day is the same
- Ability to prioritise conflicting workloads
- Confidential and professional attitude
Job Types: Zero hours contract, Full-time
Salary: £8.00-£11.00 per hour
