Job description
This position requires a warm and friendly, reliable and professional candidate who is comfortable with confidential matters, has an ability to take direction well and has excellent written communication skills. This position requires the ability to multitask in a very busy environment, strong organisational skills and a commitment to confidentiality. The right candidate will have previous experience as a personal assistant, but will also be willing to go beyond the call of duty.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, co-workers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner; Update meeting notes; Transcribe conversations; Organise schedules; Answer phone calls ; Plan and schedule appointments; Book travel arrangements.

Salary: £25,449.00-£27,914.00 per year
