ROLE: Office Assistant
LOCATION: Lincoln
SALARY: National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage
HOURS: 08:45-17:15, Monday to Friday

ROLE:
Office Assistants at Sills & Betteridge LLP provide general administrative services to their branch office and wider firm and are expected to cover reception duties at lunchtimes and during holidays.
All applicants should have Maths and English GCSE’s at grade A-C or levels 4-9. We are looking for a hardworking individual who is confident and enthusiastic with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. No previous experience is necessary for this role as full training will be provided but a positive attitude and a proactive, strong work ethic is essential.
The role is well suited to someone who is looking to begin their career in the law.
DUTIES:
The role will include but is not limited to:
dealing with incoming, outgoing post;- administration support for all departments;
- photocopying for all departments;
- scanning and filing;
- assisting with reception duties (when trained);
- assisting with light typing duties (when trained);
- making court bundles;
- taking documents to court;
- keeping the office organised and tidy;
- maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
SKILLS:
Candidates will:
have (as a minimum) GCSE grades C and above or level 4-9, to include Maths and English;- have a strong, proactive work ethic;
- have an interest in pursuing a career in the legal sector;
- possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- have a positive attitude;
- be able to work to deadlines; and
- be confident and able to work off own initiative.
