Scott FPS Ltd is a well established family run business based in South Wales with 30 years experience in the fire industry. We are currently seeking a Permanent Office Assistant to join our team based at our office in Barry (CF63 3AA).

Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices within a timely manner
- Provide quotations
- Place orders with suppliers
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and quotations
- Manage the set-up of new customers and update maintenance database as and when required.
- Accreditations
- Answer telephone calls and emails
- Lock up at the end of the day
- Provide admin support to the team
- Other adhoc duties to support the smooth running of the office
Key skills and experience:
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer and processing skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team
- Well organised with a methodical approach to work
- Able to work to deadlines
Salary: National Living/Minimum Wage
Job Types: Full Time - Permanent
Hours/Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Holidays: 20 Days Annual Leave Plus Bank Holidays

Salary: £10.42 per hour
