Job description
We are looking for a office assistant to work in a family run construction company in Billericay
Main tasks will be answering the phone and passing messages on, answering the intercom and dealing with deliveries, typing quotes, typing up invoices in Sage (sage experience not essential), organising site surveys, plant/tool hire, preparing contacts, organising repairs of machinery and general tasks to assist day to day running
Must know excel and formulas, have good general computer skills and organisation skills
We are looking for a good all rounder who is flexible
Monday - Friday 8:30 til half 4/5
