Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant.
Responsibilities
· Input Sales Orders on the Sales order & Invoicing System accurately.
· Create Invoices from the Sales Orders accurately.
· Confer and coordinate activities with other departments and other members of the finance and office teams
· Ensure accuracy of Sales Orders and Invoices created
· Taking Customer Service related phone calls and emails
· Other AdHoc duties as required
Requirements
· Comfortable with numerous software packages and MS Office proficiency
· Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
· Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong organisational and time management skills
Salary £20,000 to £23,000
