Hours: 18-20 hours per week (includes 1 Saturday per month).
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office assistant to join an established business based in Newcastle City Centre. This is a role where the candidate would have to be flexible to cover extra hours when required - holidays and company peak periods.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting the office manager in day to day tasks including telephone and online sales, enquiries, customer care, management of MD’s appointments.
Duties / Key skills:
· Meticulous and methodical with great attention to detail.
· Strong sales ethos with a natural ability to up-sell.
· Personable and empathetic nature to handle a wide range of customer enquiries and queries.
· PA duties to the MD including diary / errands.
· Booking in and out work along with relaying deadlines and progress to the customers and the MD.
· Balancing tills & credit card machines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Exchange.

Salary: £10.75 per hour
