Office Assistant to help with the day-to-day office duties within the Reception/Admin department.
Duties:
Duties will include answering and directing incoming calls.
First Point of Contact Greeting Visitors and providing refreshments
Assisting with Human Resources
Booking Transport
Assisting with Purchasing
Data Inputting
General Office Duties
Reporting to the Reception/Administration Supervisor
We are looking for an outgoing, reliable, person, who works well under-pressure, has a good attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and can undertake a variety of day-to-day office support tasks.
Excellent timekeeping and attendance are also critical to this role.
Hours of work are 39 hours.
Monday to Thursday 0730 – 1630
And working an alternative
Friday 0700 – 1300
£9.50 - £10ph
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Salary: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
