We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Manage filing systems and databases.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Organise travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Provide customer service support.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

Salary: £25,173.00-£27,738.00 per year
