We are hiring for a Office Assistant to work in South Kensington , you will be working as part of an office team reporting into a Manager.
Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm in a very relaxed yet vibrant environment
As the Office Administrator your duties will be as follows
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Booking travel / accommodation
- Answering the phone
- Arranging meetings
- Dealing with the post, scanning and filing
- Keeping office well stocked
- Running ad-hoc errands and collecting lunches during busy periods
- Support with organising company events
- Maintaining and updating filing systems
