We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office and Operations Manager to join our successful team.
Job Description:
As Office and Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office. In addition to this, your main responsibilities will be crew bookings, transport, and scheduling, ensuring everyone and everything turns up in the right place at the right time!
Responsibilities:
· Building and maintaining excellent client relations, pre-empting, and addressing any needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
· Liaising with HR regarding employees’ contracts, holidays, and any disciplinary issues.
· Planning, organising, and managing the daily office operations.
· Co-ordinating and managing all crew bookings and accommodation.
· Overseeing transport scheduling, ensuring everything arrives in the right place, at the right time.
· Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety Regulations and company policies.
· Offering administrative support, co-ordinating calendars and managing meeting schedules.
Requirements:
· Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, co-workers, suppliers, and contractors.
· Proficient in using relevant software and technology for operational management and reporting systems or the ability to learn quickly.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively to meet deadlines.
· Flexible and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
