The Office and Events Manager is a key role to help achieve this growth.
THE TEAM
You will work closely with the Executive Leadership
Team and the Senior Management Team.
THE PERSON
- Experience as a team leader or office manager advantageous
- Previous office based, secretarial or customer facing experience essential
- Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters
- Adaptability
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills
- IT skills
- Experience of Google advantageous
- Experience in an administrative role

In your role you will be responsible for the following (this is not an exhaustive list):
1. Coordinating lunchtime and post-work internal events
2. Supporting external events and client hospitality
3. Arranging travel and accommodation for people across the business
4. Welcoming guests and preparing meeting rooms
5. Management of the building portal for visitors
6. Taking regular meeting notes / admin duties
7. Stocking client fridge / employee fridge
8. Post management
9. Gym subscription management
10. Dealing with building and facilities issues
11. Printing / scanning / paperwork
12. Email inbox cleansing for execs on request
13. Any remedial / adhoc work requested from our senior leadership
14. Ordering stationary / equipment
15. Dealing with correspondence i.e. queries, complaints etc
16. Preparing letters, presentations, reports
17. Maintenance of an assets/employee equipment register/locker keys etc
18. Health and safety / fire warden duties
19. General information management
20. Supporting induction as and when needed
21. ID passes for entry to the building
22. Other duties as requested by the Executive Leadership
