Job description
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers on arrival, confirming what is required, communication with the customers and mechanics as the job progresses followed by handover on completion.
- Maintaining diaries.
- Answering telephone and dealing with queries.
- Quoting customers the potential costs of work requested (predominantly fitting of towbars).
- Day to day book keeping using Intuit Quickbooks.
- Preparation of job cards and ordering parts as required.
- The successful candidate will possess good customer skills, be comfortable with basic book keeping and above all, be able to multi-task.
- Experience in the motor trade is required in order to fulfill the requirements of the job.
- A full driving licence is required
- Very competitive salary dependent on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year
