Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers on arrival, confirming what is required, communication with the customers and mechanics as the job progresses followed by handover on completion.
  • Maintaining diaries.
  • Answering telephone and dealing with queries.
  • Quoting customers the potential costs of work requested (predominantly fitting of towbars).
  • Day to day book keeping using Intuit Quickbooks.
  • Preparation of job cards and ordering parts as required.
  • The successful candidate will possess good customer skills, be comfortable with basic book keeping and above all, be able to multi-task.
  • Experience in the motor trade is required in order to fulfill the requirements of the job.
  • A full driving licence is required
  • Very competitive salary dependent on experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Motor trade: 2 years (required)
