Job description
Thoughtmix are a specialist partner management agency based in Lincoln. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an office administrator and receptionist to join the team in their Lincoln office.
Thoughtmix operates a co-working space in the heart of Lincoln which the successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running, as well as supporting the business with other general office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and co-working space users
- Prepare work spaces and meeting rooms for bookings
- Replenish amenities (tea/coffee etc)
- Liaise with caterers for any food requirements
- Meeting preparation (presentation creation, meeting room setup)
- General filing
- Liaison with building management for building-related issues
- General document/spreadsheet work
- Weekly and monthly report preparations
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced organisation.
Information:
Working pattern: Monday-Friday 8.30 - 17.30
