Full time Office administrator required for permanent Office Administration role in Newbridge South Wales

  • £11.00 ph - wages paid weekly
  • 09.00-5pm Mon to Fri
  • Job starts immediately
  • Newbridge (job will be office based during training period however there will be the option to work from home if you so choose after training is completed)
  • Permanent - Full time

Main Purpose of role:

Carrying out data input and data entry work, set up new customer claims for housing repair, take incoming calls, arrange for repair and maintennace work to be carried out by maintenance staff, raise purchase order numbers and carry out general office administration work.

All applicants must have the following experience:

  • Very good experience as an office administrator
  • Very good customer contact experience
  • Experience of invoices and purchase order numbers
  • Good all round office administration skills and data entry experience
  • Able to start work ASAP
  • Newbridge near Caerphilly in South Wales

£11.00 per hour 09.00 - 5pm - Monday to Friday

Role will be initially office based in Newbridge but after training is complete there will be the option to work from home if you so choose with all IT equipment provided.

All applicants must be able to start work as soon as reasonably possible.
