Due to continued expansion, we have an excellent opportunity to join our specialist Environmental and Forensic Investigation team as an Office Administrator.
Working alongside our team of Environmental Consultants and Forensic Investigators, the role is to provide administrative office assistance and claims invoicing support based in our laboratory in Brand Street, Glasgow.
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience of working within an Insurance related environment and knowledge of property/liability claims industry. Although some knowledge of forensic investigation claims would be beneficial it is not necessary as full training will be given.
The role will require general office duties and administrative management of our exhibit storage facilities in the UK. Part of the role will be to provide some administration invoicing support to the remote fee earning colleagues within EFI Global.
You will have/will be:
- Previous experience within a customer service office environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- IT literate, particularly in Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work alone
- As a global business, we are always interested in hearing from candidates with bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills
