We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our busy office and growing team, based in Bolton. With over 15 years’ experience in construction, joinery and shopfitting

We have 2 office mascots Maggie and Monty, who lead team morale.
This person will be working closely with the accounts and project teams to assist with ongoing projects.
The role will include working with project software (training provided), Microsoft Excel, outlook, Microsoft teams.
- Working with the project team you will be raising purchase orders, ordering materials, booking accommodation and travel. Updating site information records. Working with site managers with planned projects and other tasks the role requires.
- Working with the accounts team you will be checking goods received notes against invoices received, posting invoices to the company system and processing and monitoring returns.
- You will receive any customer care queries and deal with them accordingly.
- Receive maintenance enquiries and log them accordingly.
- You will be responsible assigning small works, assigning engineer visits and liaising with customers, issuing works orders to suppliers and subcontractors.
- There will be a requirement for taking out of hours maintenance calls on a rota. Mobile phone and Laptop will be provided.
- You will be comfortable with general office administration duties. keeping tight control of day-to-day activities in a fast-moving environment. We are looking to reward a flexible and motivated person who must be hardworking and eager to progress in our growing company.

The role will be based out of our Bolton office and would suit a graduate or someone who wants to develop with the growth of the company, this role is suited to someone who can work on their own initiative. With a view to progress to office manager.
- Knowledge and Experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Office administration experience essential
- Excellent Personal Skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Able to work on own initiative
- Great organisation skills
- Takes the initiative and seeks out additional work wherever possible
- UK Driving Licence
