Office Administrator Position

If your answer to the above is YES! then there is a great opportunity awaiting you to
join our small but growing company. We are a were a growing construction
company looking for an experienced and motivated administrator who will be
responsible for the following:

● Providing PA and administrative support to the MD and PM on a daily basis
● Checking and responding to customer emails
● Recording enquires on company project management platform (Monday.com)
● Arranging site visits and surveys where necessary
● Create and send estimates to potential clients (based on info provided by MD)
● Following up enquiries and estimates on behalf of the MD
● Create and send invoices with any additional cost information to customers on a weekly basis
● Ensuring that Health and Safety requirements are up to date at each site
● Obtaining prices from suppliers and placing orders at short notice
● Any other office administrative duties that may be required from time to time

To qualify for the role, you must have the following qualifications, attributes and skills:

● Minimum 2 years of office admin or PA experience. Construction industry
experience preferred, but not essential
● Some knowledge of construction Health and Safety requirements preferred but essential
● Good organisation skills with the ability to work methodically, accurately and to deadlines
● Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills
● Strong attention to detail, motivated and focused
● Sound computer literacy skill and proficient with Microsoft Office.
● Friendly, polite & professional when dealing with customers and colleagues
● Prepared to work flexible hours when required
● Able to work independently

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 - 25 per week

Salary: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
