Woodcock Law & Notary Public have been established since 2019 and provide legal services with offices in London, Sheffield and Manchester.
We are looking for extra administrative support for our team within our prestigious Spinningfields office in the heart of Manchester.
You should be enthusiastic, happy to work as part of a team and be able to get along well with other people. You should also have a good level of literacy for professional communication with clients.
Providing administrative support to the team you will complete duties such as:-
- Assisting with answering telephones
- Dealing with post
- Diary management
- Scanning and printing
- Preparing emails
- Any other appropriate ad-hoc duties to support the office and wider business
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- GCSE English Language - C and above
- GCSE Maths - C and above
- Computer literate
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to pay strict attention to detail
A good work ethic and eager to learn
Good time keeping
Excellent organisational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
