Due to continued growth, the firm has a superb opportunity available for an Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join the expanding team.
The Role
As an ambitious and driven Administration Assistant/Receptionist, you’ll be providing outstanding levels of service to a diverse portfolio of accounts, audit, and taxation clients in our busy office in Bangor.
Your duties will include, although will not be limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including typing, preparing documentation, inputting data, and maintaining client records
- Answering incoming telephone calls, transferring to colleagues, taking detailed messages, and arranging appointments
- Ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively, in a professional manner
- Supporting credit control, maintaining direct debit system, sending statements, and calling clients
- Greeting visitors onsite and providing refreshments
- Undertaking other general administrative tasks, such as document scanning and electronic filing, printing documents, post franking, etc.
Our Requirements
To be considered for this Administration Assistant/Receptionist role, you must:
- be approachable and friendly, with an ability to deal with sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner
- have a high level of attention to detail, with accurate and timely data entry and typing skills
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- be pro-active and organised, with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
- have solid IT literacy, with a working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- understand the importance of providing outstanding levels of customer service, and be willing to go above and beyond to deliver
Although not essential, proven experience within a busy office environment would be advantageous for this role, as would the ability to communicate in Welsh.
