Westdale Midlands are a thriving specialised Retrofit Construction company undertaking refurbishment works on social housing properties on behalf of Housing Associations and Councils around the Midlands, North & South Wales. We are in need of an office administrator for our Telford office, based in Queensway Business Park, to undertake general office administration duties and also provide administrative support for our Directors in this office.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel & Outlook. They must have a good telephone manner, be a good communicator, work well as part of a team, and be able to use their initiative where required.
The role involves placing material orders, arranging plant hire, arranging for vehicles to be serviced and repaired and generally providing support to our site teams.
Previous office administration experience is required. We are an equal opportunities company.
