Office Based – Wetherby Branch

Part Time Hours – 20 to 25 hours per week, over 5 days a week

The role:

Assisting with the day to day administrative tasks of a busy office
Assisting the Conveyancing team with file management.
Photocopying and operating internal mail distribution system.
Arrange all post for transmission by the firm.
Provide reception cover over lunchtime or when the Reception staff are absent.
Making contact with Tradesmen as and when required.
Assist clients both in person (when required) and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner.
