About us
Velta Construction are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to the entire organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating staff activities, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong customer service focus. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a good understanding of office management procedures and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain office files and records.
- Gathering weekly timesheets
- Assisting in the management of fleet vehicles
- Booking meeting rooms, conference facilities, hotels
- Assist in the planning and arranging of events
- Answer incoming calls and emails.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Manage office supplies and order new items when needed.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 - 37.5 per week
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
