The office of the Chief Digital & Information Officer is the heart and hub of the Digital Technology Services (DTS) Department, and we are seeking to appoint an Office Administrator to provide administrative support to the Digital Technology Services (DTS) Team
The DTS Office Administration Team provides several key services to the DTS Department and the wider University including: DTS Reception function; health and safety coordination; building management; financial management; ordering of IT equipment, software and services; purchase and management of university domain names; ordering and distribution of mobile phones; charging for services provided by the department; fleet management and assistance with the operation of the University switchboard.
You will have
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office skills
The role will be based in the reception area of the DTS/Maths building on WhiteKnights Campus, Reading. 36 hours a week
