We help overseas businesses to setup branches/companies here in the UK. We are currently seeking a professional Office Administrator who is super-organised, has excellent attention to detail and takes initiative to support the business.
You will need to help our clients setting up office, building good system and manage daily operations. You will be working alongside the CEO and other key business stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment, effectively managing the office and ensuring the efficient assignment is done in a professional manner. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys establishing system and help with business development in a fast-growing company.
What you will be responsible for:
- Carry out office setup, regulations and administration registration
- In charge of recruitment process – Source and find top quality service providers/ freelancers
- Liaise with serviced providers such as web developers, content writers
- Keep track of all tasks and follow up regularly
- To provide support for all operational matters, ensuring processes run as smoothly as possible.
- Handle and Track company expenses and liaise with accountants for proper fillings
- Market research on multiple projects at the same time
- General administrative support such as venue booking, travel booking, agenda planning and more
- Proactively identifying the needs of the team - Support the team on ad hoc projects where needed
- Overseeing and monitoring workplace projects- ‘Making things work’ in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Pick up calls, post and make sure all invoices are input correctly, customer orders are accounted for properly in the different IT platforms and generally make sure all admin is under control
- Manage social Media channels by supervising team working on these channels
What you need to possess:
- Min 4-year experience as an office/operation administrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Skillful time management
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent time management and efficiency
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook) as well as Monday.com etc.
- Immediate available would be preferable

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
