Job description
The Ascott Limited’s UK Corporate Office is looking for a self-motivated, engaging and well organised Office Administrator to manage the physical environment and support the business’s management company. As a real estate investor, owner and operator, we operate six London sites and one Liverpool site, primarily Serviced Apartments and one Full-Service Hotel.
Working autonomously, but part of our overall team, you will provide day-to-day administrative, and facilities support for the physical office environment as well as supporting the department functions with administrative coordination. You will be reporting to the Senior HR Manager, but with key stakeholders of the Regional General Manager and Finance Director, as well as Key European Leadership.
Day to day you will look to focus on:
- Finance, Accounts and Purchasing support (invoices, purchase orders, administration)
- Work with departments to reduce office space needs, archiving etc.
- Facilities coordinator, working with the landlord and internal stakeholders, as well as hospitable caretaking of the office environment.
- Support of travel management and office seating systems (egencia & moffi)
- Exuding exceptional customer service to guests and clients visiting the office, as well as supporting new team members during their onboarding
- Work with stakeholders on key projects and ad-hoc requirements as needed
- Be a champion of sustainability for the office, in line with the groups objectives
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Guiding leadership with influencing skills
- Professional acumen ability through effective stakeholder relationship
- Fluent in oral and written English, with proficiency in MS Office product suite
- Proactive problem solving approach
