Office Administrator - Lynch's Foodstores
Hours: Part Time

We are a family run company established since 1980, renowned for our outstanding customer service. We operate in the grocery sector under the SPAR & EuroSPAR symbols, employing over 500 people. With 9 stores, incorporating 6 Vineyard off-licences, 6 Post Offices, and our own butchery and meal ranges, all mainly located in the north west and mid ulster areas.
Due to significant and continued growth within our company, Lynch’s Foodstores are currently recruiting for a office administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to join our progressive and successful business at an exciting time for the company.
Role;
The successful applicant will assist and support the office manager and will be responsible for the timely processing of accounts administration to include purchase ledger, liaising with suppliers regarding queries which may arise, data input and reconciling supplier statements, bank and cash reconciliations. This also includes general administration duties including filing and photocopying as necessary.

Applicant must have;
- Educated to GCSE standard to include English and Maths
- At least two year’s general office experience
- Experience using Sage Accounts is essential
- Excellent Purchase Ledger experience
- Excellent computer literacy with experience in Word and Excel
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work on an individual basis and as part of a team
