The role:
Solar Services South West Ltd is looking for a confident and self-motivated Administrator to join our growing Customer Service Team. This is a full-time office-based position which requires you to be comfortable with working in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Liaise with customers on behalf of sales reps where required Carry out administrative tasks to support the function of the installation and service team
· The successful candidate will complete forms, place orders, invoice clients, manage stock, make enquiries, take calls, track payments etc.
· Maintain the filing system, keep records up to date and ensure all statutory requirements are met.
**Please Note: You must have previous experiance in Solar or a simillar field to be considered for this role**
Required Skills:
· Experience of interacting and liaising directly with customers
· 1-2 years’ experience of working in an administrative position
· Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
· Experience of using Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel
· Having the confidence to manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
· Experience or knowledge of Solar & PV (Required)
