Serenity inmind provides support, to individuals with a range of disabilities and complex needs, in particular those with autistic spectrum disorder ,Learning disabilities and mental health, assisting the individual's to live as independently as possible as respected members of their local community.
As the office administrator you will be based at our head office within Leicester city town centre.
Main Duties:
- To carry out general admin duties, including answering telephone calls, sending letters/emails.
- Processing staff timesheets..
- Updating staff files.
- Recruitment process- Dealing with application requests, requesting references.
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form

Essential skills:
- Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently.
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of care would be an advantage but not essential
Hours of work: 20 hours per week Monday, Tuesday, 9am-1pm Wednesday, Thursday ,Friday 12pm-4pm However hours of work can be negotiated.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From £11.00 per hour
